HOTEL TRANSFERS

Transfers to and from the conference venue have been made available by the conference organizers for those persons staying in the hotels handled by our tour operator (see hotels). These transfers will be free for registered delegates. The transfers will only take place once in the morning and once in the afternoon. A taxi will be arranged for delegates wishing to be transferred to or from their hotels at any other time at their own cost.
